T90 Terms & Conditions — The Platform Usage Guide You Need to Read
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the t90 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the t90 platform at https://t90.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and t90 as the platform operator. They apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and premium users.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use t90's services. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To make full use of t90's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate at all times. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. t90 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other party.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on the t90 platform comply with local laws applicable in Malaysia. t90 is not liable for any legal implications arising from a user's use of the platform in any particular jurisdiction.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All transactions on the t90 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other payment options displayed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM10, depending on your chosen payment method.
- Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited within seconds of a successful transaction.
- T90 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a deposit for fraud prevention purposes.
- Any failed deposits due to banking system errors will be investigated and resolved by our finance team within 24 business hours.
Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal is RM30; the maximum depends on the limit set for your account tier.
- Your first withdrawal requires identity verification — the account name on your bank must match the name registered on the platform.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may vary on public holidays.
- T90 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if further review is required for legal compliance or account security purposes.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by t90 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been met in full. t90 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.
Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Users are prohibited from using the t90 platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, use automated software or bots to play, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension
T90 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where suspicious activity, multiple accounts, or suspected terms violations are detected. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their balance or perform any transactions. t90 will notify the user via their registered email when a suspension is imposed.
Account Closure
T90 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account if fraud, serious breach of terms, or a request from a competent authority is established. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are completed. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting t90 customer support.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, t90 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of our platform. t90's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the t90 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of t90 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t90.
Third-Party Links
The t90 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. t90 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing external websites is entirely at your own risk and does not constitute endorsement or verification by t90.
Changes to Terms
T90 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
